“Visual KB” is a program designed for artificial insemination of pigs. Leading stations all over Germany are utilizing it for acquisition and apportionment of boar sperm.
Through connections to the most bottling plants like MiniTüb, IMV etc, one of our program’s major advantages is a structured and easy work.
The system is composed, so that it can live up to all of the divisions’ demands, but can still be altered to your individual needs. This is supported by “Visual KB”’s modular composition, which can be adapted to the structure, the customer wishes for.
The boar-number, the day of insemination, the used sperm’s quantity, its quality and a field for additional information are part of the most essential laboratory data. With the help of this information, in addition to the boar master data, as well as the momentary mode of dispatch, an automatic apportionment is carried out.
At the monthly billing, all present bills of delivery with their portions and articles get charged to the customer. There will only be an invoice printing for customers marked with “bill”. All the others will receive a bill via direct debiting scheme, which will be carried out through integrated clearing. All of the accounted deliveries will be shown on a clearly arranged list at the invoice of your company’s own stock.
